PET Jar Manufacturing Process
PET jars are manufactured using a precise and efficient process to ensure strength, clarity, and durability. It begins with high-quality PET resin, which is melted and molded into preforms using injection molding.

Raw Material Preparation
PET resin (plastic granules) is dried to remove moisture, ensuring strength, clarity, and quality in the final jar.
Preform Injection Molding
The dried PET is melted and injected into molds to create preforms (test-tube shaped pieces with finished necks).

Heating & Blow Molding
Preforms are reheated and stretched inside a mold using air pressure to form the final jar shape.
Cooling & Quality Check
The jars are cooled, ejected, and inspected for clarity, strength, finishing, and dimensional accuracy before dispatch.
